Lammfärsbiffar med potatismos
Idag körde vi hemlagat. Det blev lammfärsbiffar inbakad med mozarella ost. Biffarna la vi i ugnen och sedan fixade under tiden potatismos samt vitlöksstekta brocollin. Mumsigt gott blev det!
Today, we went for a homecooked meal. We made lamb-mincemeat baked in with mozarella cheese. We made flatten balls of the meat and then in to the oven. Meanwhile, we also made mashed potatoes with fried-garlic-brocolli. Super delicious!
Mamma godkände. Vi åt detta med lingonsylt, vilket vi glömde ta bild på! Bästa!
Mom approved. We ate this toghether with lingonberry jam, which we forgot to take picture with! Best!
